Sprouts Weekly Haul


Meal 2: Mini BBQ cheddar meatloaves with roasted potatoes and green beans

shredded cheddar instead of cubes)

Roasted potatoes - I made a mixture of parmesan cheese, olive oil, salt & pepper (until it's

almost a paste) then mix with halved potatoes. I put them on a baking sheet face down. On

the same sheet, I add trimmed green beans dressed with olive oil, salt and pepper. Roast

along with the meatloaves for an easy and delicious meal!




Meal 5: Meatball subs with chips & salad - Doesn't get much easier than this! Bolillo rolls, halved. Put sliced provolone in the meatball. Heat Cooked Perfect meatballs in the microwave. Toast rolls on broil until cheese has melted. Add whole or halved (money saver!) to each roll, then top with warmed marinara sauce.


Meal 6: $10 Costco pizza with chopped Italian salad - I use my veggie chopper for this salad - iceberg lettuce, roma tomatoes, persian cucumbers, sopressata, red onion - then add chickpeas & toss.
